A massive storm washes a giant egg onto the shoreline and leave it to corporate greed to ruin the world. Happy Enterprises purchases the egg and tries to make it into the main ‘eggtraction’ at an amusement park. The Mothra fairies and Mothra want to get the egg back and Godzilla just wants to destroy everything after waking up cranky from a long nap.
Oh no! Some kid brought a weird egg back from the forest and now the whole city is flooded. There are also strange reports of people disappearing with the only trace of them being some nasty goop. Time to discuss the IDW comic that started it all! This week we are discussing Godzilla: Kingdom of Monsters much to all of the hosts dismay and I think we all wonder how the comics went from this to the beautiful piece of art that was Half Century War.
